Open plan living area with patio doors onto private patio and large garden. I work from an outbuilding next door, and use the bathroom/kitchen using working hours, but otherwise you'll have free range of the house, along with one other tenant.

Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, plus dishwasher, washing machine, etc etc. Am flexible with furniture & fittings in bedrooms and will provide furniture to suit.

Gas central heating and large woodburner (wood provided).
All bills included, including excellent broadband.
