Double bedroom available in a house in Narberth

I am a live in landlord living in a lovely two bedroom house in a cul-de-sac in Narberth, surrounded by lovely countryside whilst also being close to the train station and bus stop and only a 15 minute leafy walk to the local high street with all its amenities, which include nice independent pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.

I have recently bought and installed brand new carpet and furniture in the house (as you can see from the living room picture I am still waiting for the sofa to be delivered which will be sometime in early September) and all the furniture in the bedroom is also brand new and includes a double bed with hybrid coil spring and memory foam mattress which has never been slept on, two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe.

The rent includes all bills including council tax and there is also off street parking and a garage which can be used for some storage as well.

I love living here in the countryside in Narberth and these days I enjoy a quieter life and so the property would suit somebody who lives a similar lifestyle, with their party days behind them
