2 double rooms available in spacious 3 bed house in Roch. You’ll be sharing with 2 other people ( 1 is myself, the live in land lord) and 1 small friendly dog. I work from home but I’m away a lot of the winter.
The house is located 5 minutes from Newgale beach and there is off road parking. Haverfordwest and Solva are both a 10 minute drive away.
The rooms are furnished with double bed, large chest of drawers and a clothing rail. The shared living area is also furnished and includes fully equipped kitchen, lounge, garden/dining room, entrance porch and a shared bathroom. There is also a terrace and small garden, which is South facing.
The rent includes all bills (WiFi, water, council tax etc) except electricity. This is around £80 - £200 per month and split between the house occupants present.
Looking for considerate, clean and tidy housemates.
