Double room - contractors or weekday let preferred

Hi.

I have a spare double room available to rent just off Main Street, Pembroke.

Would prefer a week day let, though would consider a full time let if we get on. I will only let to someone with references & that I trust.

No smoking in the property.

Council tax band C.

I am a professional person, fairly new to the area & keep myself to myself. I’m currently working & studying & rarely use the living room.

Feel free to contact me for more info. There is street parking but not in front of the house.
