The house is a traditional cottage in Pontyates, Carmarthenshire, it is a short drive (approx 15mins) to Crosshands, Llanelli , Burry Port and Carmarthen where there are the main shops and services. The house is on a bus route, and only 15 mins from the motorway making it ideal for commuting. There is a cycle path a short distance away which leads straight to llanelli, along with beautiful scenic walks on or off road.

Shared areas are; a fitted bathroom, open plan kitchen/ diner and living room/ reading area. Paved terrace to the back and beautiful views over the valley.

The house does come with a 2.5year Doberman pup! He’s house trained and and despite his size and smile thinks he is a lap dog!! You will need to be accepting of dogs and Ideally experience with larger breeds.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, loves to socialise as well as own space, and respectful of their surroundings.

I enjoy a range of activities from walking, cycling, running, swimming.. basically anything outdoors! I work long hours so I do cherish a relaxed and quiet home although I also love to cook and a glass of wine (occasionally 😁)

Mostly all appliances will be shared including washing machine, dishwasher and range cooker. The property is detached with ample parking in its own driveway for approx 4 cars.
