Furnished Room in a Friendly Welsh Village

I'm looking for someone to enjoy my home while I head off travelling. Ideally, I'm hoping to find a tenant for 6-9 months, but I'm open to anything from 3-12 months for the right person.

You'll have a spacious, fully furnished double room and full use of the house, including the kitchen, living room, TV, pots, pans, cutlery, hoover, and everything else you need to feel at home.

The house is located in Ysbyty Ystwyth, a friendly village surrounded by beautiful countryside. It's a quiet, community-minded place, and many of the neighbours are people I've known all my life.

🔥 Cosy evenings
The living room has a wood burner, perfect for colder evenings, and there's a local supplier of kiln-dried logs in the village.

🌱 Garden lovers welcome
There's a large garden to enjoy, with plenty of herbs and seasonal fruit that you're welcome to help yourself to.

🥾 Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts
The area is fantastic for walking, cycling, stargazing, and exploring nearby gems such as Devil's Bridge, Hafod Estate, Strata Florida, Teifi Pools, Tregaron Bog and the historic Cwmystwyth Mines.

☀️ Who you'll be living with
You'll be sharing the house with Bethany, a friendly working professional who enjoys triathlons and is a big fan of Strictly Come Dancing.

💡 Bills included
Rent includes household bills. The monthly electricity allowance is £125, which is usually plenty for normal use. If electricity costs exceed this amount, any additional cost would need to be shared between the housemates.

💜 This isn't a luxury show home, but it is a bright, welcoming, characterful house filled with light, art, plants, and a relaxed atmosphere. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy village life, appreciate the beautiful surroundings, and feel at home here while I'm away.
