Description

Self contained annex. Forms part of our 3 bedroom bungalow. Includes a double bedroom with ensuite, an open plan large kitchen / living / dining area, and shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge freezer and use of a washer dryer. It is fully furnished. All bills are included. There is also a flat screen TV and exercise bike in the living area. Parking is free on street parking and readily available. The lodger will be warm and cosy, have privacy and find our home peaceful and hassle free (like having a 1 bed flat without the hassle!).

I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and JR dog. We are a quiet household and would like an amenable, quiet, professional lodger.
Prospective lodgers must be non smoking, respectful, polite, with good communication skills and good references. Contractors in need of digs have been an ideal fit for me for about 6 years now, but I am open to all applications to find the best lodger for our household.
