Description
Self contained, spacious 1 double bedroom annex, which forms part of our 3 bedroom bungalow.
The accomodation includes: a double bedroom with ensuite, a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area, and shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. It is fully furnished, (but we would be happy to switch some furniture for a lodger's own stuff if desired). Parking is free on street parking and readily available in our quiet residential street.
All bills are included (at current rates, and stable usage with lodgers over many years). Regular maintenance checks are undertaken.
A cleaning service is available should the lodger not have time to maintain the annex to a reasonable standard of cleanliness themselves.
I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and JR dog. We are a quiet, amenable and respectful household and are seeking a quiet, amenable, and respectful professional lodger.
Please note that the living space is not shared, but emergency or repair access to the household fusebox and mains water faucet is retained. These are located under the annex sink and to the right of this on the far wall is the fuse box. Communication with the lodger over such access requirement would be clear and with advance warning. This access requirement would not impinge upon the lodger's day to day use of the large open plan living space, kitchen, work station and bedroom and ensuite, which is for the lodger's use only.
Prospective lodgers must be non smoking and have good references.
