Self contained, spacious 1 double bedroom annex, which forms part of our 3 bedroom bungalow.

The accomodation includes: a double bedroom with ensuite, lodger's own kitchen, and lodger's own snug together with shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. It is fully furnished. Parking is free on street parking and readily available in our quiet residential street.

All bills are included (at current rates, and stable usage with lodgers over many years). Regular maintenance checks are undertaken.

I live with my 23 year old son and Jack Russel dog in the remainder of the house. We are a quiet, amenable and respectful household and are seeking a quiet, amenable, dog loving and respectful professional lodger.

Prospective lodgers must be non smoking and have good references. There is a surcharge for couples and for people who work from home commensurate with increased energy usage.
