Double room to rent with me. I bought the flat in December and looking to rent my spare room out short term.
On Dunbar high street. I live in a fairly environmentally conscious way and love the outdoors. It would be great to find someone who matches this and enjoys living a bit 'alternatively'.
I work shifts so will be out at least 2 evenings a week for that as well. My partner will be basing himself at the flat until january but will be away working for some of that and has the option to stay in Edinburgh too. I am in often midweek mornings and would like to have the flat to myself at times. It would be great to find someone that also goes out so we have equal share of the flat alone.
All bills included (Council tax band A).
The room doesn't have a main light (for some reason!). I was staying in there with 2 lamps and it was cosy. I can source another lamp if needed. The room will have bedside tables not pictured.
