Bed sit with ensuite

Large double room with ensuite, small living /kitchen area to prepare snacks although full use of the main kitchen is included . This area was formerly the double garage of the house .

My home is situated in the lovely quiet village of Pencaitland . On a good bus route which is a very short walk away.
This would be ideal for someone working in East Lothian area although Edinburgh not a great distance away .
Maybe suit someone between houses maybe you have sold but not found your new home yet . My home is very comfortable and feels homely .
I have a small dog .

Another family member stays occasionally and he has 2 dogs but all the dogs are kept to the back of the house as I have a large utility room where they sleep

The room I'm advertising has a door out to a lovely large garden with seating outside .
Looking forward to hearing from you
