Double room with plenty of storage. Okay to WFH assuming normal down/uploads.. Decent kitchen; shared living/dining space; conservatory; front and back gardens that could do with improving. This is a quiet residential coastal area with plenty of walks and all standard amenities including a swimming pool. Good transport links to Edinburgh and East Lothian.
May well suit a student looking for a quiet environment to complete studies or similar.

No.26 and other buses 5 mins away.
Lidl and Co-op's a short distance away. Deliveries available from all major supermarkets.
I work based from home as a Civil Engineering Technician. I occasionally go into office and frequently go out for Inspections, mostly of the coast and rivers of Edinburgh. It could be said that I am a coaster in the public sector 😉 Approximately Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.
I expect that I will be at my GF's house around half the time. This is obviously subject to change +/- I would hope to share plans with flatmate/s to allow them to plan activities around this. I have a preference for an amiable and mature couple, so that they have company. I am open to flatmates having guests to stay at times and would try to facilitate not being there to free up bed/space to accommodate this. Let's all motivate each other to keep the house clean without any agro ⚡ideally you have experience.
My ideal flatmate/s are somewhere between cultured and intellectual, vibrant and sociable while also respecting privacy. I enjoy a wide range of music including ambient beats, trance and The Proms. Currently into Russian Dream pop such as Life on Venus and Pinkshinyultrablast. Engineering, Design and Architecture are strong interests. I have general environmental concern as per modern standards.
I am from Leith and will be happy to show anyone new to the area around Edinburgh.
I do not have a TV yet you are welcome to bring one.
You are welcome to use the garden/have a patch for growing veg or whatever. Driveway can accommodate a car. The area has always seemed safe.
Please get in touch and tell me about yourself and situation. I am flexible on move in date but do have some things to sort out in advance or following moving in if you are satisfied. Weekends ideal for viewing which can start from Friday 27th September.
Council Tax band is D. This is included in the advertised cost. I will seek to draw up a basic formal agreement.
