For two single people coming together/buddying up, both rooms/whole house for £1600 per month inclusive of of Council Tax and standards bills due to reduced administrative burden. Theoretically up to 2 couples could live here but this is dependant on your/existing housemate preferences and would come at a higher charge due to wear and tear/energy bills.

I will request a holding deposit worth one month's rent from anyone who wants to reserve a room. I will use Safe Deposits Scotland for the deposit, and draft a standard lodger agreement contract for acceptance. Rent is paid monthly in advance. Minimum 6 months sought, but flexible depending on your intended duration of stay to be discussed from the outset.
