Desk and chair also available in the room. Shared shower room, well equipped kitchen with under-floor heating (washing machine, microwave, airfryer etc), broadband and good size gardens front and back. Smoking is permitted in the garden but not in the house.

Bills for gas/elec, council tax and broadband included in the monthly price.

Location is just outside Edinburgh but transport links are excellent – train to city centre in under fifteen mins from nearby station, and frequent bus service that runs late into the night. Nearest shops, beach, gym and swimming pool are all within a ten minute walk.

Would probably best suit mature student or professional who is tidy, sociable but like their own space. Female preferred as is current household but open to consider male lodger.
