I m renting a huge double room or the single room. the room is available even for second resident for people from abroad that need of a u. k. address for post etc.

2 options:

You can pay the room with daily cleaning, laundry, weekly food and households included at 850 pound or 750 only the room

Couple the double for 1250 pound all included
I RENT ONLY TO WHO IS very CLEAN!!
FEW RULES OF HYGiene are a Must! It means that the higiene is more important that a rent for me. if not followed the agreement is broken!

Festive period ,Christmas market coming, concerts ,summer in Scotland busy and super requested from the high demand of tourists.
An hotel will cost a fortune, renting a flat a room or flat will cost minimum 1500 pound
I rent 1 or 2 rooms ,its depends by the request. anyway I need of a chat in advance

Flatmates has to be working people daily full time 5/6days on 7 outside during the day as I m working nightshift and my job has to fit with daily working people, only people very quiet and clean, no guest at home without agreement, partner included

I m 51 I have 2 jobs, I work 4 nights par week so when I m at home I use the flat technically to sleep.
I m extremely very friendly usually I cook for both and I help with the food shopping most of the time, I m very clean and I have 2 bedrooms

(750 £ every 4 weeks the big bedroom, if couple 350£ par week,600 the single) with a bed and breakfast service its 850 the double and 700 the single

The bedroom its a double and very big, can guest 4 person double bed plus an air materass in case

The flat is always very tidy and clean and refreshed every day.
I m the only flatmate and 4 evening/nights par week I m away ,during the year I pass my holidays and time off from work abroad.
