Yorkshire Countryside Village Double Room

A bright and welcoming double room is available in my charming two-bedroom cottage set in the peaceful English countryside. The home is full of character, with natural light and a calm, cosy atmosphere surrounded by open fields and walking paths.
The room currently comes furnished, but I’m flexible if you wish to bring your own furniture.
You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, however as I have an en-suite I only really use the main bathroom for showering. You will also share a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. High-speed broadband is included, and on-street parking is always available right outside the cottage.
Driffield, the nearest town, is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers all the amenities you’ll need, including supermarkets, shops, cafés, and services.
I work most evenings from 4 pm to 10 pm, so you’ll often have the house to yourself during those hours. You’ll also be sharing the home with my friendly dog, Tony. Tony is extremely sociable and good with other dogs, so I’m open to a tenant who has a well-behaved dog of their own. Occasionally I look after my friends dogs so there may sometimes be two dogs mingling around.
I’m looking for a considerate, tidy housemate who appreciates a peaceful countryside lifestyle. If you’re after comfort, flexibility, and a relaxed home with lovely animal company, this could be the perfect fit.

Unfortunately I am not currently considering housemates who are unemployed or claiming housing benefits.
