## Charming Countryside Cottage – Double Room Available

A bright and welcoming double room is available in my charming two-bedroom cottage, set in the peaceful English countryside. The home is full of character, with plenty of natural light and a calm, cosy atmosphere, surrounded by open fields and lovely walking paths.

The room currently comes furnished, but I’m flexible if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, although I have an en-suite and only occasionally use the main bathroom for showering. You’ll also share a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. High-speed broadband is included, and convenient on-street parking is always available right outside the cottage.

Driffield, the nearest town, is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers everything you need, including supermarkets, shops, cafés and other local amenities.

I work most evenings from 4 pm to 10 pm, so you’ll often have the house to yourself during those hours. I also spend a couple of days a week staying at my partner’s house, taking my dog Tony with me, so you’ll occasionally have the whole cottage to yourself for some extra peace, quiet and privacy.

When I’m home, you’ll be sharing the cottage with Tony, my friendly and sociable dog. He’s great with other dogs, so I’m open to a lodger with a well-behaved dog of their own. I also occasionally look after friends’ dogs, so there may sometimes be two or more dogs around.

I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful housemate who appreciates a peaceful countryside lifestyle. If you’re looking for a comfortable home, a relaxed atmosphere, a little extra independence and some lovely animal company, this could be the perfect fit!
