Yorkshire Countryside Village Double Room

A bright and welcoming double room is available in my charming two-bedroom cottage set in the peaceful English countryside. The home is full of character, with plenty of natural light and a calm, cosy atmosphere surrounded by open fields and walking paths.
The room currently comes furnished, but I’m flexible: I’m about to purchase a new bed, so if you prefer to bring your own furniture instead, you’re very welcome to. I’ll also be painting every room in the house soon, which means you can choose the colour of your bedroom if you’d like to personalise the space.
You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room overlooking the garden. High-speed broadband is included, and on-street parking is always available right outside the cottage.
Driffield—the nearest town—is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers all the amenities you’ll need, including supermarkets, shops, cafés, and services.
I work most evenings from 4 pm to 10 pm, so you’ll often have the house to yourself during those hours. You’ll also be sharing the home with my friendly dog, Tony, and my black cat, Fred. Tony is extremely sociable and good with other dogs, so I’m open to a tenant who has a well-behaved dog of their own.
