I have 4 rooms available, large double attic room £115, a massive double for £130 a week, a large double downstairs for £120 a week and a smaller double for £110 a week. There is a shared bathroom, shared living room and a shared kitchen that has a tumble dryer as well as all the usual amenities. The house is recently renovated and a cleaner cleans all the communal areas once a week. Looking for respectful, kind tenants as this isn’t your typical rough shared house, it’s a home. All bills including high speed WiFi are included.
