I am currently advertising two large double rooms for rent in a spacious 3 bedroom house. Situated 30 seconds walk away from the hugely popular princes avenue with a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Also nearby you have Newland Avenue which is a 5 minute walk away and Hull city centre which is a 10 minute walk away from the house. Its also very close to Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill for anyone wanting to live with a short commute to their work place. There are plenty of bus routes nearby which go to various parts of the city and the main train station close by also. However the house is extremely quiet and peaceful considering how close it’s situated to local amenities etc.

The house is fully furnished and includes both upstairs and downstairs high speed fibre optic WiFi, a pool table, outside hot tub, free on street parking and a nice courtyard garden which is a sun trap.

I will be moving out in due course but that will leave two rooms available currently. We enjoy socialising, travelling and meeting new people. We’re both also clean and tidy and are looking for someone similar.
