Occupied by only 2/3 people max.

The house is located minutes away from local amenities, Asda store & cafes & restaurants of Holderness Rd. Parking is available on the street (no permit required).

All bills included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi).

The room is offered for a long term ( minimum 6 months / plus) for a single female ideally, (no couples, no children, no pets) professional or a student preferred.

Rent - payable monthly in advance.
Deposit - one payment of £200.00 in advance (refundable at the end of stay, subject to room condition and adequate notice served)
Term - minimum 6 months / plus (no short stays)
