Description
Two bedrooms are available for rent, furnished with essentials, 500£ per calendar month all bills included (electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax) available from mid-October / 1st of November for short, medium or long term stays. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your length of stay requirements (negotiable/flexible, ideally length of the university year until the end of May).
No deposit required, just an agreement on paper within the lodger agreement to take care of the bedroom, with compensation details for each bedroom item if anything is deteriorated.
The two bedrooms are in a 3 bed house, single bedroom occupants only.
Will be a pleasure sharing the house. Looking for flat mates who value cleanliness and quiet in the house before and after work to keep the space a relaxing environment.
In HU5, central, close to the university, train station and city centre, with pearson park close by.
The house is currently occupied by myself, 31 year old male. Two females and one male have rented the bedrooms previously.
PHD, master students, young professionals, professionals welcome.
Bills included, fast wifi and a very comfortable bed and mattress.
