We are delighted to offer two comfortable rooms to let within our welcoming and well-kept home, ideal for professional tenants looking for somewhere peaceful, friendly and homely rather than simply a place to sleep.

Our home offers a genuine “home away from home” atmosphere — clean, comfortable and relaxed, with shared spaces where you can unwind after work while still having your own private space to retreat to. The house has two sitting rooms. The one shown in the pictures would be your own private living area.

The Rooms

We have two bright and comfortable bedrooms available, suitable for professional individuals looking for longer-term or short-term accommodation.

Each room is furnished with the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed, storage and space to work or study. The rooms are designed to feel calm and welcoming, with neutral décor and plenty of natural light.

Tenants will have access to the shared areas of the house, including the kitchen, bathroom facilities and living spaces, providing everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living.

A Friendly Professional Household

We are looking for respectful, clean and considerate working professionals who appreciate a peaceful household and a friendly environment.

We like our home to feel welcoming and sociable, while also respecting everyone’s privacy. Whether you’re working long hours, commuting, studying, or simply want somewhere comfortable to come back to at the end of the day, we aim to make you feel genuinely at home.

Our Two Very Small, Old Dogs 🐾

We do have two very small, old dogs who are part of the family. They are elderly, small and accustomed to having people around them. They are generally quiet and spend much of their time relaxing.

Because they are part of our household, we are looking for tenants who are comfortable and happy living with two small senior dogs. They are friendly little characters and add to the warm, homely atmosphere of the house.

The property is conveniently located in the popular and professional area (The Avenues) for local transport links, shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities, making it easy to enjoy the area without having to travel far. The university is a 15 minutes walk away and the Hospital.

There are also plenty of popular avenues, high streets and local destinations nearby, offering a good choice of places to eat, shop, enjoy a coffee or simply explore in your free time. The location is particularly convenient for professionals who want a comfortable base with good access to the surrounding area.
