The room has a lovely homely feel, while still being fresh and modern. The whole house has been recently renovated, so everything is clean, fresh and in excellent condition ready to welcome someone new into their new home. 🏡✨

The house has a large, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and everything you need for everyday cooking, including an air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and two fridges. There is also a dining table where everyone can sit and enjoy a meal.

There are three bathrooms in the house, 2 with showers, so there is plenty of bathroom space.

The property also has a spacious garden, a washing machine and an area for hanging clothes to dry.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and free parking is available in front of the property.

Within a very short walk, you’ll find Iceland, Heron Foods, McDonald’s, Asda, B&M, a gym, restaurants and takeaways, pharmacies, Savers and charity shops, as well as other everyday essentials.

It’s a really convenient location for day-to-day life, with shops, food, services and amenities all so close to home. Local transport links are also nearby, making it easy to get around Hull.

We have people from different cultures, including Polish, English and Brazilian, and everyone has their own interests, so there’s always something different to talk about if you fancy a chat.
