We’re a friendly, relaxed household with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Everyone is independent and respectful of each other’s privacy and personal space, so you can enjoy your own routine without feeling pressured to socialise.

At the same time, we’re always happy to have a chat, share a laugh or enjoy a cup of tea together. ☕️

We have people from different cultures, including Polish, English and Brazilian, and everyone has their own interests, so there’s always something different to talk about if you fancy a chat.

It’s a friendly home where everyone gets on with their own life, while still being respectful, welcoming and considerate towards each other. 🏡✨

Great Location – Everything on Your Doorstep

The house is located on Morrill Street, HU9 2LJ, in a very convenient area of Hull. You genuinely have almost everything you need right on your doorstep — literally just around the corner!

Within a very short walk, you’ll find Iceland, Heron Foods, McDonald’s, Asda, B&M, a gym, restaurants and takeaways, pharmacies, Savers and charity shops, as well as other everyday essentials.

It’s a really convenient location for day-to-day life, with shops, food, services and amenities all so close to home. Local transport links are also nearby, making it easy to get around Hull.

The house has a large, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and everything you need for everyday cooking, including an air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and two fridges. There is also a dining table where everyone can sit and enjoy a meal.

There are three bathrooms in the house, all with showers, so there is plenty of bathroom space.

The property also has a spacious garden, a washing machine and an area for hanging clothes to dry.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and free parking is available in front of the property.
