Marfleet Studios is a brand new location in Hull for premium all-inclusive studio apartments designed for modern living. We cater to professionals, contractors as well as corporate travellers who are looking for a comfortable custom made experience at an affordable price that regular B&Bs and traditional establishments can't deliver.

Each studio has been carefully designed and finished to a high standard in our custom made Japandi style. Our colour scheme is calm, warm and monochrome with the main focus being minimalism with Scandinavian functional comfort. You can expect herringbone LVT flooring, marble-effect en-suite panelling, chrome finish bathroom fixtures, bespoke fitted kitchenettes, smart TV, dedicated workspace and fitted storage in your room.

In addition there are beautifully designed shared facilities to make you feel at home and part of a community of like-minded people. Large kitchens, dining areas, lounges, laundry rooms and a gym are gradually being set up and available. If you have a specific requirement about these please reach out to us before you book.

Every studio features a bespoke fitted kitchenette with standard plug-in appliances, under the counter fridge, microwave and enough kitchenware to use during your stay. Large Studios include also a sink.

We pride ourselves on sustainability. Our accommodation is fully electric, there is no gas on site. The entire building is heated with integrated infrared system which you can operate directly from your room. Individual Ariston Eco WiFi-controlled electric water heaters ensure you have hot water when you need it. Our current EPC rating is C expected to be B once solar system is installed. Low-carbon living is the new standard.

All utility bills and high-speed WiFi are both included in our rates. One price, no surprise for everyone. We offer limited availability on extended stays. Discounts available. Fully managed property. 24-hour emergency response.
