Looking for a lodger for my spare room.
Fully furnished, modern home in the country ☺️. All bills included, WiFi, etc. I also have an EV point if you need it (could discuss costs).
You must like animals as I have a two year old cocker spaniel and 12 year old cat. They’re great company! I work full time and also spend time at my partner’s, so you will have the house to yourself quite a bit. The dog would obviously go to my partner’s with me, but the cat would be at home. He sleeps a lot!!
I’m easy going, love running, gym, hiking etc. Happy to chat about any questions you might have.
Middleton is a lovely little village. Quite quiet but only 15 mins to Pock, Market Weighton, Beverley, Driffield. 30 mins to Hull, York etc
