PLEASE NOTE : that I am 16 miles from Hull.- to the East* ,hu120na
I am are near to beaches 4 miles and 7 miles from Spurn point.
Also, that the room is up one fight of stairs with two more steps on the mezzanine landing. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not very mobile.
The odd weekend not objected to.
Regarding pets, cats only please.
Minimum stay one week. PAYMENT IN ADVANCE for both rooms.
You will find me very helpful in settling you in, I am kind and well mannered.

The bed is 3/4 size which a foot wider than single. Comfy armchair and bed- memory foam. If requested

TV but not satellite.
Newly carpeted and decorated.
Bathroom is large, has a BATH ! and electric shower.
The old farm kitchen is shared with myself. Microwave, fridge freezer, which is solely for your use.

Village has all amenities, in the market place, including food outlets, pubs 300 yards. The nearest store is 400yards We have a very good convenience store in Patrington and a fuel station ( MURCO ) there are three hairdressers. Also a hardware shop and a horticultural engineer. Two cafés. Nearest car mechanic is 1 mile away. An excellent fish and chip shop. Also continental takeaway and a two cafés + bakery.
You will find people friendly and polite, with a dry sense of humour.

Heating is electric heaters.
Log fire when required .- it's an extra 16.00 per week contribution for fire/ fuel in winter. Unless you cut your own wood (tutorials can be given .
Otherwise, electric heaters which can be timed upon rising etc.
I do not have gas heating
Pleasant south facing sheltered garden for smoking ( not in room )
Car parking- public off road parking usualy plenty of spaces within 5 yards. easy two way access. Bus stop 25 yards..
We welcome contractors staying 4 or five nights. Night shifts not objected to.
I have a small room, should you need and extra bed, as the 3/4 bed is too small for two.

I have had enough of mentally unbalanced peeps. I have councilled and helped more than half a dozen. Seem to attract them like flies.
addicts, alcoholics, paticularly binge drinkers, and " stuff " are also not wanted. It is a peaceful, calm atmos, and I don't want to disturb it in any way.

Other than the above, will find me a helpful, pleasant and reasonable person
