My house benefits from stunning lounge area, lovely dining area and very well equipped modern kitchen., all containing smart tv. The house is centrally heated, has two bathrooms and safe on street parking. The room I have available boasts amazing views across The Estuary and of The Humber Bridge.
Transport links locally to the city, the coast and Hedon are excellent and on our doorstep. The village is a very safe, quiet and rural haven. There's 2 village pubs, both serving food, just a few feet from our front door too.
Viewing is available immediately.
Please note that I'm seeking a professional/salaried person only. You MUST BE IN FULL TIME WORK OR EDUCATION, and although the room is a good size, it is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY not a couple. Please note that we are some distance from the Uni. Journey time by car is at least 25 mins.
For those not in town just yet, I'm happy to do a WhatsApp live video tour of the full house and gardens.
Currently, there's just me the owner and one other person living here. There will never be any more.
It's highly recommended that you be a car owner because of our rural location. Buses are available in our street.
