Furnished or unfurnished double room in semi detached family home offered, currently being redecorated. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Large back garden with space to socialise in. It has side gate access and space in the sheds to store bikes if needed. Parking zone U and Council tax band B.

My adult children mainly live away, so it is just me most of the time living in the house, outside of having friends to stay.
I am pescatarian but have no issue with different diet choices. I work two jobs, often based at home in the day time so would prefer someone who mainly works or studies outside of the home in the week, but happy to discuss different working patterns.

Currently pet free but likely to adopt another pet in the future, so pets are considered.
Smokers to use outside only.
All bills included.
Length of stay up to 6 months max, full time or part of the week, as preferred.
Large garden, close to Brighton university and Moulsecoomb station plus major bus routes.
