- We also have an amazingly friendly cat, so CAT LOVERS ARE A MUST.
- we love board games and have loads. so there’s lots of scope for evenings around the table being social.

Located just behind London Road on a one way street so it’s super quiet.
There are 3 supermarkets. Countless take aways, pubs and restaurants only a few mins walk away.
Brighton station is a 7 min walk away.
And there is a main bus stop 3 mins away that has enough routes to take you anywhere in town.
