Hi there!
We have a fully furnished double bedroom available from 7th April in our calm, friendly home in Hollingdean.

📍 location:
- 5 minute walk to Moulsecoomb railway station (perfect for London commuters)
- 10 minutes to University of Brighton
- Quick access into central Brighton (around 10 mins by train / 20–25 mins by bus)
- Easy access to the A27
- Plenty of free on-street parking

🏡 The house:
A bright, sunny home with a lovely garden (especially nice in summer!) and beautiful walks nearby on the downs. It’s a peaceful area but still really well connected.

🛏 The room:
Fully furnished double bedroom, comfortable and ready to move into.

👫 About us:
You’ll be living with Jon (optometrist) and Dani (dog trainer working from home), plus our very friendly Spaniel, Molly 🐶
We’re a relaxed, respectful couple who enjoy:
Cooking and quiet evenings
Movie nights & board games
Getting out for walks and exploring
We enjoy a drink now and then, but this isn’t a party house. We are more of a calm, homely space to unwind.

🌍 It’s also a multicultural home (Malaysia & Ireland), and we love meeting people from different backgrounds.

Someone clean, considerate and easygoing who’s looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to live.

📅 Flexible stay:
The room works really well as a base if you’re new to Brighton or between places. We can be a bit flexible on length of stay for the right person.
