Two Double Rooms on Elm Grove 550 + 575 (band C)

TWO double furnished rooms in spacious house on Elm Grove (not too far up the hill!). We have lots of communal spaces and a south-facing back garden (currently only half a garden, more on that when you view).

There are two bathrooms between four of us, a kitchen/diner with washing machine, and a shared lounge. We don’t smoke indoors, and we’re clean and tidy but not obsessive about it.

You would be sharing the house with two liberal women (one trans femme), and one cat. We are friendly working professionals who enjoy socialising but are respectful of other housemates.

The private landlord is local and responsive. The deposit is one month’s rent for each room.

Our landlord will require the following: UK-based guarantor, references, bank statements

Bills are usually £100–150 each per month, including fast interwebs and council tax (Band C).
