The house is on the bus route and close to Nuffield Hospital, Brighton Sussex University Hospital, and Brighton General Hospital. A conservatory has just been upgraded with a new insulated roof and heating and a large back garden with decks. The front has space for 3 cars and on-street parking. All bedrooms have a double bed, memory foam mattress, and under-storage drawers. The property also includes a wardrobe, desk, and nightstand.
The kitchen has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. It also has a Washing Machine, Dryer, Fridge, and microwave. Fire doors have been installed in each bedroom, kitchen, and lounge. We want any tenant to feel at home, so we have tried to make this a shared "home" rather than just an accommodation.
The property was rented out to post-grad students from France last year. It is only a 15-minute walk to the main hospital, so it is suitable for nurses. There are currently two female tenants, a teacher, and a council worker
