Our house is well maintained and clean with a beautiful garden. It is situated in the quiet village of Patcham, with excellent links to both Brighton and the surroundings via bus and train.

The room is large, bright and benefits from views over the downs. It has been newly refurbished with new bed and carpet and a newly fitted en suite.

You will have access to our large, well equipped kitchen.

We are two, semi-retired individuals who are relatively quiet and enjoy the benefits of our lovely relaxing home.
