One room is now available in this six bedroom Brighton student house (current tenants ages 24 to 32 priced at £650 monthly.
This will be a yearly let from 29 August 2024 to 28 August 2025 inclusive under a joint tenancy agreement.
The existing five female student tenants have strongly advised me that would prefer a FEMALE student/post graduate aged 24 to 32. Although they are very sociable, it is not a party house (so they don't want any first year students).
This is a nice furnished six bedroom student house in BN2 within a short walking distance of both universities, Aldi and Costa Coffee etc on the Lewes Road. It has an enclosed rear garden useful for exercising, barbeques, etc.
There are two communal bathrooms with high-powered showers, and one of larger bedrooms has its own en-suite shower, cutting down on any potential shower queuing for the other tenants- (the en-suite shower room has just been let).
High speed internet, electricity, gas and water bills and a monthly house cleaner for the common areas.
All the rooms have double beds and are furnished to suit University students.

It is on a good bus route into the City Centre and within walking or cycling distance of Moulscombe campus etc.
There is adequate parking on the road subject to obtaining a council parking permit if required.
The house is only available to full time University students who are exempt from paying council tax subject to local council approval.
This means that although you can have a part time job, nobody in full time work is eligible to rent here otherwise the house becomes liable for rates/council tax which makes it financially unviable.
Not a party house and is suited to those who value privacy, peace and tranquillity.
Every room is fully furnished with own double bed, wardrobe/clothes rail, desk, chair, cupboard and good window blinds for added privacy.
Non smoking inside the house, but the back garden is available for any smokers.
Third party financial guarantees are not required, but proof of ability to service rent will be, such as savings, student loan, part time job etc.
A £250 deposit is also required which will be placed separately away from the landlord with TDS a UK government tenancy deposit scheme. The deposit only relates to you and actions or breakages by other tenants will not affect your deposit.
