Room available in Hanover house. Room has walk in wardrobe and tv. House has two toilets, front and back garden, dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet also has underfloor heating. I also have a dog called Kiki and a cat called Casper. Room would suit student or professional. Small rent decrease for mature student. Finally, there's also a cleaner that comes once a week which is included in the price, as well as household items, toilet roll, cleaning products, laundry tablets and fabric conditioner etc.

Hanover is a great vibrant area, great pubs, close to town and seafront. Not very far to walk to the station and the beach. Also close to the racecourse and Sheepcote Valley which is great for running and walking. Room is available from the start of April.
