Attic room with its own bathroom and south facing roof terrace outside your bedroom. A kettle in the room means you can make a morning cup of tea or coffee without having to come down 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen. All other cooking has to be done in the kitchen. Please no food upstairs for hygiene reasons. This is a very private space. Cosy in the winter with the stormy clouds gathering on the horizon. Summer months it is bright and warm and you can watch the sun as it sets to the West. The terrace is perfect for star gazing. This really is a very magical space. My last 2 lodgers were here 5 and 8 years but I know longer wish to rent long term. Short term only is preferred but always up for discussion.

Close to both Brighton General Hospital and RSCH.

10 minutes walk up to Sheepcote Valley for great walks and views over the south coast. South Downs Way is also a walkable distance.

The room can be rented at a weekly rate of £230.

This is a live in landlady situation but you won’t know anyone else is there as the space is so private.

We are just north of the Queens Park area. Resident permit parking free to park 8pm - 9am but we are on a good bus route into town Or a 20 min walk down through lovely Hanover and The Lanes.

In the rest of the house there is a decent size kitchen with dishwasher, sitting room with wood burner, wireless broadband internet and a small garden. Washing machine also available. We are quiet during the working week but friendly.
