Shared areas include newly renovated spacious kitchen, dinning room and a lovely bathroom with a wet room. French doors open onto the South facing garden.

The house is only shared with me, live-in landlady. There is an extra living room for my personal use.

This room would suit a dynamic and friendly professional or mature student, preferably someone new to Brighton and looking for a place for approx 6 months.
