Bills incl. double room, 2 min from the sea

A furnished double room in a flat full of character, two minutes from the beach and seven from the city centre. All bills included.

The room has a double bed, a large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, an armchair and a bay window looking down the street. You only need to bring your personal things.

Available from 10 November until the end of April, so it works well if you’re on a placement, a contract, a term of study, or between places.

You’d be sharing with me (Ana) and Ezzy, a black cat with opinions. If cats aren’t your thing, this won’t be the right fit.

I have my own life and routines, and I’d love someone who has theirs too. I look after the space and hope you will as well: dishes done, bathroom and kitchen left as you found them. Friends over now and then is fine. Not a party flat, not a monastery either.
