plus bills (about £120 per person per month - including council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).

House equipped with all facilities, wi-fi, large kitchen and dinning space, washing machine, two toilets and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
Room furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Looking for a mature, tidy, quiet professional person, non smoker.

It’s a quiet house, there are 3 tenants (4 people in total when fully occupied), all working full time.
