We have a sunny single room in a professional house share, close to the town centre - London Road shops area, The Level and 10 minutes walk to Brighton train station. Hanover area.
Although very close to town centre, it's a quiet location.

£375 per room per month
plus bills (roughly about £90 per person per month - that includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).
Private landlord, no agency fees.

Available from 16 February 2024.

House equipped with all facilities, wi-fi, large kitchen, washing machine, two toilets and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
Room furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Looking for a mature, tidy, quiet professional person, ideally over 30s, for long term stay, NON SMOKER.
It’s a quiet house, there are 3 more tenants (4 people in total when fully occupied), all working full time.

Required:
• 2 months rent in advance (that would cover first and last month of your tenancy)
OR 1 month upfront AND a guarantor,
• references,
• deposit £346.15 (which will be put under the Deposit Protection Scheme).
