Bright Double Room in Friendly Hanover Home share with Sunny Garden & Hot Tub sharing with 2 guys.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate male professional to join us.

The room is a double, bright and well laid out, with enough space for all the essentials and good storage. There is a view across the quiet backs of the houses to Brighton town centre. There’s plenty of room to relax outside your bedroom also.

The house is a four bed, three bath spread over five floors and has a lovely west-facing garden with a hot tub and relaxing fish pond – perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a summer evening.

Hanover is within easy walking distance of Brighton Station, the city centre, beach and local bus routes, making it ideal for commuting or enjoying everything Brighton has to offer. We also have pubs on both ends of the street, corner shop, takeaways, park and a swimming pool within short walk.

You’ll be sharing with two gay men who work in healthcare - we’re friendly & respectful. We both enjoy getting out with our friends, weekends away in the outdoors, meals out and social drinks, but we’re not a party house. We like to keep the house clean and welcoming.

We’re looking for another male professional, aged between 25 and 50, who is tidy, considerate and looking for somewhere to genuinely feel at home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It’s a sociable house, but everyone also has their own lives and independence.

We also have a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with cats and ideally able to help with him occasionally if we’re away.

The rent includes the usual household bills. 6 month initial term but would suit someone looking for a long-term home. References required.
