Cosy room in very central, (nearly) seafront flat

A unique and cosy room in a two bedroom flat. Space for a double bed. Has a small inbuilt cupboard. Available room is up a small fight of stairs next to the bathroom. Very high ceiling and a skylight. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. No outdoor space but the beach is outside the front door.
I am ideally looking to share with another woman, and the flat would suit a mature student or older professional who wishes to live in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I work in theatre and the arts, enjoy socialising, and cooking for guests, but am also out quite often working or visiting friends.
