A unique and cosy unfurnished room in a two bedroom flat.

Space for a double bed. Has a small inbuilt cupboard. Available room is up a small fight of stairs next to the bathroom. Very high ceiling and a skylight. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. No outdoor space but the beach is outside the front door ( and you can hear the sea and see the moon through the skylight)

I am ideally looking to share with another woman, and the flat would suit a mature student or older professional who wishes to live in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I work in theatre and the arts, enjoy socialising, and cooking for guests, but am also out quite often working or visiting friends.

Our current neighbours in the other flats of the building are respectful and friendly.
