I am looking for a flatmate to move into my large spacious, sun-filled top floor flat with lovely views over Brighton and the South Downs.
I am a doctor based in/around Brighton and am currently away for the year.

The room available is an en-suite double, south facing, with lovely views.
The area is nice, with an amazing variety of local pubs and cafes. A short walk to the seafront, train station, Queens Park & North Laine. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/cycle to the hospital.
The flat is spacious with a large open living/dining room, and large open plan kitchen. Bike friendly, with a covered area and space to lock bikes. There is a shared garden with picnic tables out back.

The rent is £900pm, which includes internet and a fortnightly cleaner. Currently bills add up to £200pm, which includes council tax and all utility bills - gas/electrics/water. The deposit is £900, and there are no agency fees.

The current flatmate is an artist, in his 40s, just moved to Brighton and getting to know the city.
We would use the opportunities of the viewing to get to know any possible housemate.
