We are a professional couple looking for a flatmate, in a large spacious, sun-filled top floor flat with lovely views over Brighton and the South Downs. I am the landlord, and a doctor working in Brighton Hospital. The room available is an en-suite double, south facing, with lovely views.
The area is nice, with an amazing variety of local pubs and cafes. A short walk to the seafront, train station, Queens Park & North Laine.
The flat is spacious with a large open living/dining room, and large open plan kitchen.

Bike friendly, with a covered area and space to lock bikes. There is a shared garden with picnic tables out back.

The rent is £800pm, and currently bills add up to £200pm (including council tax, internet, a fortnightly cleaner, and all utility bills - gas/electrics/water).
The deposit is £800, and there are no agency fees.

Available from 7th August. We would want to share with like minded people, and would use the opportunities of the viewing to get to know any possible housemate.

Short term lets considered, but the rent would be increased depending on the length of stay.
