Modern Double room with own bathroom short/long

**Please note that we are looking for a female lodger**

This room can be rented short or long term.

We have a beautiful double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (sole use) and separate entrance for more privacy.
The room comes with its own fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a small steamer allowing for cooking easy/fast meals.
The room is designed with independent living in mind.
Other facilities such as the washing machine are shared.
All bills (utility, internet and Council Tax) are included.

Having different international backgrounds ourselves the room is ideal for a short(-ish) stay in Brighton like i. e during language studies or an international semester at university.

The room may be suitable for someone looking for a base to hunt for a more permanent place, but we are unfortunately not able to store anything (furniture or moving boxes etc).

Please note that we do have a cat, who however has no access to the room. Unfortunately the room is not suitable for couples or pets.

With Brighton centre, Hove centre, the beach and 3 different train stations in walking distance the room is perfectly well located in a residential and very secure area.
A bus stop is 2min away if preferred.
