Access green open space top of Bear rd, lovely walks & views of sea.
Local Supermarkets: Aldi, Sainsbury, Co-Op, Lewes road shops, cafes etc 10 min walk.
Parking on road free except 10-11am & 5-6pm Mon - Fri.
