RENT: £750pcm. Includes utility bills & high speed Wifi.
SUIT: Someone friendly, responsible and considerate; good communicator, LGBTQ+ friendly, very clean & tidy, easy going, likes cats, works/studies regular hours somewhere other than home, happy to share household chores and contribute to a well balanced, harmonious home.
GREAT LOCATION: Can walk into town/station/Lanes (25 mins) easy access buses Lewes road, walks on South Downs, Close to uni/shops/supermarkets/cafes.
Parking on the road is free except 11-12am & 5-6pm Mon - Fri.
Free parking at weekends. Permits available.
ME: Friendly, approachable. Need my own space but sociable too. Busy with work and study, need home to be a chill place to relax, socialise & talk to my plants!
