Good size double room in spacious 3 bedroom town house. Great location- just around the corner from the i360 and 3 mins walk to Churchill square. We are 2 friendly housemates looking to fill our third room. We are both in our 30’s and are away a fair bit but also enjoy hanging out and having a a drink together when we can. The house also has a garden, large living room and spacious kitchen. The room is on the ground floor and has its own bathroom. We also have a garage which we rent out and split the money between us. The room can also come furnished with bed and wardrobe if you would like.

Room will be empty 1st of april.
