There is a private kitchenette (with electric hob cooker but not full oven), and all furnished to a very high standard with high quality, sofa, bed and electrics and also has underfloor heating.

This is currently renting out on Airbnb but looking for a longer term occupant for a few months.

Has it's own lounge space with TV, broadband, and also underfloor heating.

I live above with my partner, and you'll see us occasionally but rarely. This is central Brighton, very close to the station, 5 mins from Churchill square, and ten mins from the seafront, and very close to the lanes.
