We have a room available in our house. The house is on a great location at Coombe road area, 5 mins walk to the Bus stop including no.25,49,48, 24 and 10 mins to the University of Sussex and City Centre. Walking distance to University of Brighton. The 37 and 37B bus stop also in just 90 meter and 6 mins walk to Lewes road Aldi and 8 mins to Sainsbury from the house.

This is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a huge garden. We have a washing machine with tumble dryer, three fridges and two freezers, TV, wall hanging bike rack and parking place etc.

We have a great private landlord who is very helpful and usually response very quickly if we need to fix or repair anything in the house.

We're easygoing, clean, enjoy cooking, socialising and hanging out together while respecting each other’s privacy. We’re always up for a chat in the kitchen or living room and enjoy occasional nights out and nights in.
