The room has four inbuilt cupboards for storage and a hanging rail. It is furnished with a small double bed. There will also be a desk and chair in the room that can be used as a dressing table.

The flat itself is on the third floor of a converted house, with views across Brighton. There’s a bathroom that you’ll share with one other and a kitchen and living area with a really comfy sofa. The flat is in a great location and round the corner from the Seven Dials shops, cafes, local bus routes and a 10-15 minute walk to Brighton train station.

It’s perfect for someone looking for a weekday basis for work and who needs to stay in Brighton during the week.

Options for the room:
7 days a week: £625 per month
Monday-Friday, 4 nights a week: £550 per month
3 nights a week: £450 per month
2 nights a week: £300 per month

Rates are inclusive of all bills: Gas/Electric, Wifi, Council Tax.

All the following shared household items are also covered: Toilet roll, hand soap, washing up liquid and cleaning sprays.

I own the flat: I’m a freelancer in the events industry and I have my own routine but very sociable and happy to share a cuppa, have dinner/drinks and catch up on the last tv show with whoever moves in.
