Double room in Seven dials

I'm going away for a few months (from the 20th December to end of March/beginnign of April). I can be flexible with dates. You'll be living with my flatmate. He's my good friend, fun and outgoing but also reserved and respectful of the space.

My room is pretty spacious and bright. It comes furnished and with lots of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Washing machine available too.

The building is on Dyke road, quiet area, only 15 mins walk to the station and the city centre.
The rent price includes council tax, water, internet and power bill.
