En suite double Seven Dials Brighton

We have a lovely top floor double room to rent in out 3 bedroom Victorian terraced house, in the Seven Dials/Prestonville area of Brighton

The room is a great size double. with dual aspect views over Brighton and the garden. It includes a super comfortable teak bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelves. The en suite bathroom has a shower over a bath.

Council tax and a TV licence are included in the rent. We share gas, electricity, water, broadband and cleaner bills. On average it comes to £50 a month for each person. We also have streaming services at the house, at £5 a month.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Seven Dials and 10 minutes from Brighton station. There is a lovely open plan lounge, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a small garden to the back. The views are stunning, as the house is elevated from the street level.

We are friendly, respectful professional people, and we are looking for someone similar. We like to socialize, but also keep our private spaces. The house is our home, we do keep it clean and tidy and take care of it. It is not a party house.
Seven Dials is a great area, with many cafes, shops and interesting places. Preston Park is 5 minutes away. There is on street residential parking outside the house, with no waiting list.

We are looking for a professional person, who will become part of our eclectic household. We generally live together, and not just co-exist. There is a small dog at the house too, so it would be great if you liked animals.
