Front room in basement flat for rent

Available Feb 9th until May 11th, 2026

A front facing room in a lovely basement flat at the edge of the North Laine. This is my room and is available whilst I work abroad for 3 months. The flat is shared with one other kind and considerate guy in his 30s. The room would ideally suit someone of comparable mindset who likes coming home to a quiet sanctuary rather than a party house.

The flat isn’t really big enough to accommodate regular working from home at a computer. I am a musician so would be open to having another musician stay whilst I’m away.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining / living room, enclosed patio.
Gas combi boiler (regularly serviced with full safety certificate)
Gas hobs, electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave, shower, Virgin Optical internet / WiFi, Piano!
All bills and council tax are included in the price.

A cat usually lives here but she will be staying with friends whilst I’m away, which simplifies things a little bit!
