Flat is on Edward Street, with a bus stop 2 minutes away.
All bills inclusive, including council tax and broadband. Ideal person working professional, non smoker, friendly, considerate and VERY tidy! Someone who is sociable but likes their own space as well. Parking is zone C with no waiting list, but unfortunately there is no room for bikes inside the house.
Edward Street is a great street, so easy to get to everywhere here, but if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not an ideal choice because it can get noisy rush hour mornings.

I like going out, a chat and a sociable home - tho probably my wild party days are (mostly) over – I work from home most days so would prefer someone who works out of the house for at least 3 days of the week. The room could also be available for Monday - Friday rent.
