Looking for someone to join our house share

Hi! Ed and I are looking for someone to join our house share for the next 6 months 🌞. We’re super easygoing, open and respectful of each other, and are looking for someone to join our home.
The bedroom is unfurnished and you’ll need your own kitchen utensils, but Ed and I have furnished the rest of the shared rooms. The room is east facing so it’s lovely and bright in the mornings 😊

We have plenty of space, a garden, full kitchen, 2 toilets, a living room and an office/second living room upstairs which has two desks and a sofa bed.

We have a resident cat named George (patiently posing in the pics)

This is very much a shared home rather than individuals renting rooms set up. We work together to keep the house clean would like our new housemate to join in the team work. We’re happy to socialise and would love to have a housemate we can consider a friend!

*DEPOSIT £750 - spare room would not let me enter this as it appears as more than 5 weeks rent as your rent is less than a third of the total rent!*
Rent £635 p/m (Total £1950)
Council tax, utilities, wifi comes to abt £170, once the heating goes off in May we’d expect it to go back to about £140.
Water comes out every 6 months but can set up monthly if you’d prefer :)
